We had a wonderful stay at this conveniently located hotel opposite a shopping mall and park. The concierge, Ben, was extremely helpful and we enjoyed the company of Victoria in the executive suite. The executive area offered great service and the staff were charming. The hotel was clean and comfortable, offering a five-star luxury experience. The breakfast had a wide variety of choices, catering to both Western and Chinese tastes. I highly recommend this hotel for a luxurious stay.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The reception area was grand and impressive. The staff members were friendly and spoke good English. The location of the hotel was ideal, and it was easy to hail taxis. This city's business center and the city center were easily accessible from the hotel. The hotel facilities were clean, and the breakfast was delicious. The Grange restaurant offered a fantastic dining experience with an extensive menu.

Great hotel for a business trip! the staff were amazing, always welcoming and willing to assist. the room was spacious and tidy. the location is fantastic, conveniently located close to a shopping mall and a park. the shuttle service to and from the airport was an added bonus. I also loved the breakfast spread, offering a wide range of local and international cuisine.

Celebrated New Year in a hotel that had an average experience. We enjoyed the view from the room and the location was good as it was next to a mall and a park with a lake. The breakfast offered a good mix of different types of food.
The hotel staff wasn't very cooperative and didn't seem to value their guests. The room wasn't properly cleaned and there were toiletries missing.
